SHIPMENT

The orders we receive are usually shipped via the courier “UPS” within 24h from the receipt of payment.

The courier will deliver your good in the following 24/48hs from the pick up from our warehouse.

Sometimes, where the courier coverage is not complete, the courier may rely on third part societies for the shipments. Your products will always be traceable until they arrive to their destination.

 Sensorinstock is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products. Upon delivery of the order by our courier, the costumer has to check the integrity of the packages delivered and to check that the number of packages on the waybill and the number of packages delivered corresponds.

In case of discrepancies the costumer has to refer it to the courier and accept the package subject to verification and contact us as soon as possible via the Contact form or via email to [email protected]

The costumer is directly responsible for the veracity of every statement sent. In case it is impossible to deliver the package (for wrong address declared, recipient absence etc), the package will be sent back to our warehouse, the relevant shipping charges will be paid by the costumer, including those for further submission. That’s why it is compulsory to provide a telephone number for delivery reasons.

INSURANCE

Sensorinstock ships goods covered by insurance, and is responsible for the goods until the moment of delivery, to the final destination, which will be traceable from the carrier's website.

COSTS

Shipment in Italy and abroad is via express courier (UPS) with the following costs:

Attention: All the shipments outside Italy are DAP: this means that the customs duties and the responsibility from the established city to the delivery place, are in charge to the customer.
