Right of Withdrawal (within 14 days of purchase)
If you are a consumer and wish to return a product without giving any reason, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. The quickest way is to use the "Withdraw from a purchase" button in your personal account area. Alternatively, you may send a written notice to [email protected] or by certified email (PEC) to [email protected] before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Warranty Return (defective or non-conforming product)
